When a terrorist cell is raided in Manchester, the extremists flee into the streets. One is shot dead by police and the other a bomb maker is captured. It falls to DI Ruth Hunter and DS Nick Evans to transfer the prisoner to a top secret MI5 safehouse in Snowdonia.
