Canelo set to publish a new Yorkshire Dales romance series by Suzanne Snow

Editorial Director Emily Bedford has acquired World English language rights to a contemporary romance trilogy by Suzanne Snow from Catherine Pellegrino at Marjacq Agency in a three-book deal.

The Hartfell Village series kicks off with Finding Home in Hartfell, where Pippa, eldest daughter to aging rock legend Jonny Jones, is tasked with sorting out her father’s house in the Yorkshire Dales. Expecting a quick visit with the estate agents and to wash her hands of the task, her hopes are dashed when she’s faced with grumpy local vet, Gil, who will do whatever it takes to prevent her selling up… While the two clash, Pippa slowly uncovers past family connections – and secrets – to Hartfell village, tying her to the community in ways she never imagined.

Suzanne Snow writes contemporary and uplifting fiction with a vibrant sense of setting and community connecting the lives of her characters. A horticulturist who lives with her family in Lancashire, her books are inspired by a love of landscape, romance and rural life. Her first novel, The Cottage of New Beginnings, was shortlisted for the RNA Joan Hessayon debut novel award.
